The Glass has such a low surface tension, printing on it and getting the ink to stick is nearly impossible.

Langer Printing has developed a proprietary custom pad printing process to decorate the Alkali aluminosilicate glass sheet glass. Alkali aluminosilicate is glass that is used primarily for portable electronic devices including mobile phones, portable media players, and portable computer displays.

At a retail value of over $1,000 each, the ink CANNOT scratch off when the end user receives the phones.
