You know you're not going to make any money trying to help them, but you do it anyway because they are really important to you and if you come through, you will be their hero.

 

So, you get a call on a Monday morning at 9am and they say "We need four shovels printed for a ground-breaking ceremony that is tomorrow at 10am—that's only 25 hours away!

 

Where do you even start ? Who do you call ?
